A lot of computer users complain about an unexpected data loss. Though
there are a lot of techniques which might help one recover accidentally deleted
data, yet it is associated with a lot of inconvenience and of course
expenditure. The most common reason for data loss is malfunctioning or physical

is an important part of the system, people do not take proper care of the part.

temperature and humidity – High room temperature and high level of humidity may
not be a sole cause for hard drive failure but it can be said that these
equipments are designed to work at a particular temperature and work better if
the environmental factors are maintained. Keep a check on the
performance of your hard drive – There are a number of software and tools
available online that can evaluate your hard drive’s current performance and
clear up the irrelevant files to speed it up. You should regularly perform
these checks and delete the data that is not required.
Take data backup frequently
– Hard drive failures can be sudden causing huge data loss and deleted files recovery expenses. So it
is always better to take a data backup and avoid such situations.
This is a hard task to maintain the room tempreture. You can do at your home but you can not do these things at office I think. But your tips are really good.
